Our service department is remaining open and we have done all we can to make sure that we are looking after our customers and staff as safely as possible.
All of our colleagues have access to PPE as required and have been through safety training in relation to COVID 19.
A one-way pedestrian system has been introduced in the service department to assist in the safe process of customer movements.
We do offer a click and collect service for car collection as required, whether it’s for sales or service.
Our delivery service, which we would talk you through, is a safe process for the handling of documentation and keys etc, including the sanitizing of your car prior to your acceptance of it.
Our premises are regularly cleaned during the day, toilets, door handles, work areas etc. are all cleaned on a set rota basis.
Each of our desks have protection screens and are wiped down between customer visits.
We are adhering to the 1 meter social distancing rules, we have circular markers on the floor and request that you help us by adhering to these rules. Handshaking has been suspended in the current climate.
We have fitted protective screens to our service reception and parts counters to ensure both you and our colleagues can interact safely.
Sanitizer is available throughout the building, as you enter and also on exit. Unfortunately, our superb coffee machine is turned off and we don’t have at present any complimentary drinks on offer.
All sold cars undergo a valet procedure and will be sanitized prior to handover.
We can also offer video technology to show a live feed of cars either new or used as required. This can also be used to value a part exchange car that you may have to show to us remotely.
Service cars are sanitized prior to working on them. Our staff are maintaining safe distance and we have re arranged rest rooms and dining areas to ensure safe distancing from colleagues.

Following the Government’s guidance we are now able to confirm the following in relation to the wearing of face coverings.
Under the guidelines issued by the UK Government, car dealerships fall within the description of ‘Shops and Branches'.
Therefore we would ask all customers to wear face coverings when entering the SERVICE department and abide with the social distancing guidelines as set out by the UK Government.
It is important to note that some of our customers may be exempt from wearing a face covering.
The conditions under which this may apply are listed below;
November 4th.
Following the latest Government guidelines our car showroom and external displays will be closed from November 5th. We will be available for car sales through the internet and telephone. Our workshops however will remain open for servicing and MOT.
If you wish to purchase a vehicle please make contact with us and we will be more than happy to explain the new click and collect procedures available to you.

December 2nd.
With the re opening of the car showroom from Wednesday 2nd December, we would like to invite customers back whilst still observing strict social distancing and the wearing of face masks at all times.
Test drives will be available on an appointment basis. Our click and collect service will continue to run for local customer delivery.
December 31st 2020.
Following the Government lockdown, our showroom will be closed temporarily. However we will be able to sell new and used vehicles on the telephone or through email channels on a Click and Collect basis.

April 12th
From Monday April 12th our showroom will be re open for customers to visit and browse. Test Drives are available, please ring ahead to book an appointment time and date.
You will need to bring your driving licence and National insurance number with you, so we can carry out a DVLA driving licence check, prior to any test drive being arranged.
Our Workshops and MOT centre are still open for servicing, MOT and Ford parts.
July 19th
From Monday July 19th the Government has eased the mandatory wearing of face masks in England. However we would ask any customers visiting the site to wear a face covering to protect themselves and our staff, during their showroom visit.

November 30th
As detailed by the Government, face coverings are mandated in shops and on public transport.
Under-12s are exempt, as are those who can't wear face coverings for medical reasons.
So we kindly ask if you can wear a face covering whilst visiting our showroom, to protect our staff and customers,
January 28th 2022
As published by the UK Government face coverings are no longer mandatory. We still have our protection screens up in the showroom, but face coverings are at the discretion of the customer.
May 16th 2022
Our screens have now been removed, staff are still practicing sanitising periodically throughout the day, all customer facing furniture is cleaned hourly to prevent the spread of Covid 19.
Test Drives are available subject to a customers licence being checked on the Government website. Please bring your in date driving licence showing your home address and your national insurance number so we can carry out the check.
